- CheckMyRide Super effective and most simple to use bike computer
- BreakAway Indoor Training App for iOS
- EnduroCo AI based workout generator
- Download and upload wellness data in CSV format
- GPX and TCX files are now supported
Multisport
- Running, rowing and other sports are now supported with power analysis
- Added pace zone charts and elevation correction and gradient adjusted pace
- Workouts can specify pace targets
Analysis
- Explore fatigue resistance by looking at power curves after 2000 kJ or whatever of work
- Create custom charts on the activity detail page
- Plot HRV and other things with normal bands
- Filter activities, power curves and so on by almost any field
Planning
- Colour code your activities and workouts by load, intensity, RPE or sport
- Set weekly targets for sports and view on fitness page to build your annual training plan
- Completed activities are now paired with planned workouts and displayed on the activity detail page
- Create training plans that automatically rollout weekly to athletes
- Share plans and workouts with groups
Internationalisation
Intervals.icu is now available in English, EspaƱol, FranƧais, Italiano, Nederlands, Portugues and PŃŃŃŠŗŠøŠ¹ with other languages under development (Thanks to all who have helped with this!).
