Weekly targets now available on fitness page

You can add “Target Load”, “Target Time” and “Target Distance” to custom plots. If you do multiple sports you might also want to filter by sport. Tx @Olly_Thomas

Click in the box with the weekly summary info then click one of the sport targets icons:

Is a default setting possible for every week?

Manual adjustment can be done additionally.

I have “an Excel style view” of your plan on the todo list which would make it easy to populate targets for many weeks.
