Tp2intervals - Copy TrainingPeaks and TrainerRoad workouts\plans to Intervals

Looks good! I’ll see what happens when I do the 30/30s tomorrow! :grimacing:
Why is there no Paypal on your ko-fi page?

I never thought to look at the forums for something like this. I’ve been copying over my plans one by one…you just saved me so much more time.

Doing the work of an absolute legend.

Thanks for your work, got around half of the plans I would have liked to export to intervals but some are missing due to the following error:

Probably something missing in workouts, like name or smth else.
Can you follow these steps (How to get logs for your issue) GitHub - freekode/tp2intervals: Tool to sync between TrainingPeaks, TrainerRoad and Intervals.icu and send me the logs (via email or forum)?

Thanks for the great work. Just started to import some workouts from Trainingpeaks to ICU, Cycling power/time plans and workouts transfer ok, so do run power/time ok. however run plans/workouts with power/distance do not transfer as I only get text? Same for pace/distance. Is there a way to resolve this?

Currently there is no support of distance based steps. It’s still in progress

Thanks for clarifying as i looked at the workout builder threads and saw you could build with distance and %FTP (for stryd power)

Hi there,
Small update Release v0.7.4 · freekode/tp2intervals · GitHub

  • On Configuration page there is new checkbox Remove HTML tags from description for TrainerRoad. Check it and it will clean up description of workouts from HTML tags.

Thanks for the clarification!

Hi, thank you for making importing plans so easy. I have a question. After importing, and adding to your calendar, are the zones based on the ftp you have set in Intervals? If my ftp improves and I change my ftp, will the remaining workouts in the plan also update the zones?

TrainingPeaks uses the following, so it’s always in a % of a set value (RPE excluded). So as long as your settings are the same in both apps, you’ll get the same values in both (+/- 1 unit due to rounding).
