Hi, Davide! Tell me please, why when creating a workout, the power scale structure is not filled in?

What do you enter in the Workout Editor?
Adding Ride to the calendar. Adding a step to my Warmup (I use the watt range). Also for the MainSet part and Cooldown. But the watt and time scale does not show the structure.
Please tell, how can I output the created workout to my watch and ZWIFT? Only by saving the file? Or is it possible directly through intervals.icu?

You can try this option:
Intervals.icu now supports uploading planned workouts to Dropbox folders. This one way to get workouts from your Calendar into Zwift.

You will need to connect Dropbox first if you haven’t already and grant write access to your folders. You can have many upload folders (e.g. for different file types and applications).

Hi,
I made a software which allows you to copy your workouts from TrainingPeaks or TrainerRoad to Intervals.icu. It calls tp2intervals.
Some of you already used the tool to sync planned workouts from Intervals to TrainingPeaks (to push workouts for Wahoo devices, before native API was implemented).
The app still can do it, and now I released a version 0.5.0 with some new features.

In addition to @Gerald ’s answer, I can add that if you have a Garmin, Coros, Suunto or Wahoo watch, you can also upload the workouts directly there. You must activate the option “Upload planned workouts” in the settings.
