@ohmax while the Multi-week Training Plan Creator currently works solely with cycling workouts, I’m working on ways to expand it to other sports like running, swimming, and rowing. So, stay tuned!
I usually run on either % of pace or HR. I cannot answer the question regarding Stryd and its usage, unfortunately, I encourage yo to search the forum or start a new thread on the subject.
@scorphus I’ve retried the app and it generates again great workouts.
One thing I’m struggling with is this. I know what I want for weekly training load. I know my ramp rate. I know my available time and on which days I want to do intensity or endurance.
What’s harder for me to figure out is what the resulting training load is of each individual ssession, or which training load I should assign to e.g. a z2 ride.
This problem could be solved by setting a weekly training load, my preferred training distribution and then letting the app figure out what every individual session should look like.
Is that possible, or is there a better way to go about this within the current capabilities of the app?
but the tool doesn’t take it. I’ve tried setting all IF to 0, also doesn’t work. Could you take a look?
Edit
Did a little more troubleshooting and of this:
rest z5:90:0:0 z2:45:0:0 z3:75:0:0 rest z2:110:0:0 z2:35:0:0
rest z5:92:0:0 z2:48:0:0 z3:78:0:0 rest z2:115:0:0 z2:38:0:0
rest z5:95:0:0 z2:50:0:0 z3:82:0:0 rest z2:120:0:0 z2:40:0:0
The first two lines render fine and the third one gives trouble
Thanks for your feedback, I’m glad to know the generated workouts fit your needs!

For setting the ideal load of a given day or of the whole week, you can follow the great insights given by dear members of this forum here in this thread.

In the meantime, I have something in the making to solve exactly that. Stay tuned!
That’s fantastic!! Thanks for letting me know of the issue.
It was an OOM issue. It occurred in a lot of sample cases, like yours. The virtual machine would just run out of memory. I tried some other approaches to see if any optimization gains were possible, but as it stands, it’s as good as it gets. So I had to increase the size of the vm. It was pretty small, and that was nice, but it couldn’t cope with the demands anymore.
