Zwift activities from garmin connect don't sync automatically

If a cycling activity get’s uploaded to my garmin connect it doesn’t sync to intervals, I have to upload the fit file manually. Any idea why?

What are my options today to automatically get Zwift → Intervals if not strava?

U will find many post about how this will not happen as Garmin will not forward out any activities that are not recorded on a Garmin Device / Hardware.

Yup, found it - classic. What alternatives are people using with zwift?

I use BreakAway rather than zwift.

Cheaper and sync directly. I use zwift very very infrequently.

You can use Dropbox with some trickery to get Zwift to put files in the correct place:

Yeah, that’s what I was considering, although I usually use zwift on my phone, so not sure how to get the fit files into db… thanks!
