Zwift connection to Intervals

Hi, how can I get my activities from Zwift to Intervals. They are uploaded to Strava, Garmin and TP. You mentioned the dropbox but I can’t figure out how to automate it.

Strava will bring your rides through, but will have some data missing, eg. dual sided power.

I’m using a workflow (Automator)on my MacBook to copy the fit file from the workout sub-folder in the Zwift folder, to the Fit file sub-folder in Dropbox. Only requires one click on the Ok to confirm the workflow action when it pops up.

How does one Get Rides from Zwift/Rouvy/etc into Intervals.icu? Dropbox or manual? I’m wondering what is the usual process that you go thru. Esp if you’re not using a computer to run Zwift? (If on computer, the symlink option would work great) Strava is a definite option but it strips out some data.

You can use Dropbox with some trickery to get Zwift to put files in the correct place:

I’m not sure if it’s possible, but it already works for the workout upload to Zwift via Dropbox. So you should be able to link the activity folder as well. I will give it a try next days.

Symlinks on Mac is simple. Not sure about windows. But symlinks only works if you’re doing zwift on a PC/Desktop/Laptop I suppose. If you’re on phone/tablet I’m not sure it works. (Are you on iOS or Android? Possibly android there’s symlinks if zwift gives access to its document folders???)

Yeah, that’s what I was considering, although I usually use zwift on my phone, so not sure how to get the fit files into db… thanks!
