What’s your favourite custom chart?

There is a massive library of charts. I showed you how to find it earlier in this post from the other HRV trends thread

Trends HRV down, RHR Up. Garmin strained

On the fitness tab, up at the top, under options you’ll see ‘Custom Charts’. On the bottom of that pop out you’ll see a magnifying glass beside the word charts. Click that and search ‘resting heart rate rhr’ and add that chart Are you in Northern or Southern hemisphere? Drop in HRV if you’re in Southern Hemisphere could be seasonal [image] [image]
