I have signed up and paid for a years subscription but am having trouble navigating
and using features (I have used the basic program for a couple of years) I want to have a general plan to give me an idea of how to ride each time I elect to train (I ride about 10,000km annually, alone during the week and in groups at weekend, i don’t race) The plan builder has given me a block called Base which I’d like to edit to Build, and make 4 not 8 weeks (the system has access to my Strava data) but I don’t see workouts in the calendar to make up the training plan for this time period. Am I looking for something that doesn’t exist?
