I’m exploring IntervalCoach as an alternative to my regular TrainerRoad or SufferFest (as was) subscriptions. It’s early days and the developer (Martijn) is super-responsive in ironing out bugs in the code. All good
Many workouts have significant cadence shifts (e.g. steady power but a much lower cadence, or a fast spin) However, I can’t find a cost effective app to interface with my smart trainer (Tacx Neo) that shows me the target cadence demanded by the workout. All the options I can find (e.g. the Tack training app) only show a target power (or range)- … MyWhoosh seems to have the same issue, as does auuki.com.
Are there any solutions to this, or do I just write target cadences on the back of my hand?
I think that Ride Cave can handle this, importing your workouts with rpm targets from Intervals done as outlined above. @Ben_Snyder is the developer. It is a great app for doing workouts with clear easily read UI & also has track racing
