There is no error. Your or some activities are synced from Strava, and therefore can‘t be displayed. It probably is explained in the link.
tldr: Strava prohibits the distribution of „its“ data. You can get it into intervals, but not anywhere else (all apps can‘t show them).
Hi, how can I set it up so that in the Subintervals app it shows not only heart rate and pace zones, but also the numeric ranges (e.g., min–max values)?
You can’t because Subintervals gets the data from the Intervals free API and Intervals can’t forward Strava data because of Strava’s user policy.
If you connect your devices/apps to their manufacturers apps and those can be connected to Intervals, then Subintervals will display them.
Don’t blame Intervals or Subintervals, it’s Strava’s decision.
The only way to get your Strava data to Subintervals is by first downloading manually your ‘original’ data from Strava and uploading that manually to Intervals. Then it will show in Subintervals. And you need to make sure that you download your original data from Strava and not their modified (crippled) version of it. Because Strava considers that this modified version is ‘their’ data and not ‘yours’. Go figure…
It would be great, if I could mark workouts as done (like weight workouts). I use the app to have my insstructions, but need to switch to intervals.icu just to mark them done. Did I overlook this feature?
None of my ride data shows up on subintervals and as I understand it, it stems from using Strava data as input. If I grant intervals.icu access to data from Wahoo and Zwift will this cause doubles of everything in intervals.icu? If so, is the solution to stop access from Strava?
No it won’t. Intervals by default de-dups anything coming from a direct source when also coming in from Strava. The FIT file from the direct source, which is in almost all cases richer in data, will be prioritized. There are a couple of settings where you can choose if you want Strava naming or naming from the direct source.
BUT, you need to be aware that not all direct sources support getting historical data. I’m not sure regarding Wahoo, but Zwift will NOT allow getting historical data. New activities will come in without any further actions. Historical data needs to be imported manually. In most cases, requesting your ‘Original’ data from Strava and loading that in Intervals will get your full historical data.
Check the Settings - Connections tab and carefully read the instructions for each connection you plan to use.
