Hi, I am wondering if intervals has a tool in place, thats helps by deciding whether a workout will have to much impact on my form (will be below -30) or not. Something like a given stress score of 70 will drop my form curve by 5 point. This would help in choosing the right training.
Load = (sec x Normalised Watts x Intensity) / (FTP x 3600) x 100
Intensity = Normalised Watts / FTP
The software does it for you, so no need to try calculate it. Use the workout builder for this.
