I read it, but I still don’t know the issue. It seems very weird, however my zones are correctly setup, tss for avtivities have same TSS as in Trainingpeaks, but i am in red zone always.

Fitness is the exponential weighted moving average for the last 42 days, and fatigue is for the last 7 days. Your form is fatigue minus fitness (or the impact of your recent activities relative to your last 6 weeks.
So if you don’t train much, as you mention, your fitness will be a lower value than if you consistently train. By doing one or more activities in the 7 days, your fatigue could be a number greater than your fitness that it shows a negative value greater than -30 (in the red).
