Exercise with Apple Watch

hello, how can I export workouts from intervals to my Apple Watch?

You mean have structured workouts from intervals sent to Apple Watch?
I think this is not a feature that’s available currently.

Will it be possible in the future?

You can use the HealthFit app to get workouts from Apple to Intervals.icu:

Sorry I missed the workouts to Apple Watch bit. This is not possible currently, the Apple API does not support that.

I think that would require an app running on the device. You could try:

Hello! In IOS10 it is now possible to download structured workouts. Training Peaks now sends workouts directly. Do you think it’s possible to integrate with Apple Watch in the future? I’m using google translator. Sorry for something wrong

I am hoping that HealthFit add support for uploading workouts from Intervals.icu at some point. As far as I am aware you need to have an app running on the device to upload workouts.

you’re planning to use the apple watch for running or cycling?

@david the TrainingPeaks app downloads to the native workout app, and can only do structured workouts using power heart rate or pace; no RPE.

Here is the help file from TP:

I currently sync using the TP2Intervals 3rd party app (macOS), to get my planned workout from Intervals to TP. From there, it automatically syncs on my Watch (native workout app. I moved tomorrow’s workout to today for illustrative purposes.

Tx for all the info. Unfortunately Intervals.icu would need a native iOS app to work like that.

You still need TP iOS app to do the transfer manually right. Or macOS → AW?

Yes, you would need the app on your phone, but not a subscription. It works on the free account.
