Easy run vs interval runs | Heart rate vs Pace

Hi,

Is there a way to differentiate between what type of training I’m doing? So for example, can I as a coach set an attribute on a workout run I create to say: this is an easy run, please take the training load from LTHR and this is an interval run, ignore the LTHR and work with pace as the training load?

I’m asking because for example this run seems to be calculated wrong (it’s taking the LTHR load) but I don’t want to change the training load priority in the settings as the majority of the load for this athlete comes from easy/long runs?

In your specific case, I believe you could add a tag to the workout, and with a custom activity field script process that workout to use whichever training load you prefer.
