Comprehensive Help Guide

Instead of sending us to a website that explains each stat methodology, I would love a simple guide with examples. A lot of times there is an explanation of meaning but no way to put your numbers into a meaningful context. And that equals not helpful. Think about users who are not skilled in the science but want to know what it means to me. I am also a UX Designer, just an fyi

Someone had a bad day???
If you’re not skilled in the science, start by reading the Guide section on the forum. You will already learn a lot.
FWIW: none of the science research implemented in Intervals is the work of the Intervals dev. But Intervals is just about the only app quickly implementing latest research and following up on it. This allows advanced users to make use of it and eventually even speed up further research on the matter, giving us all access to things that would otherwise only be available to a very limited group of elites.
The basics of training by science are Load, with the different sources it can be derived from, and the Fitness and Fatigue resulting from that Load. There’s absolutely no need to copy all what’s already known about this from other renowned sources. Just read up on it there. It’s been on the net for over 2 decades.

No one is having a bad day here, lol. I’ve already reviewed most—if not all—of the linked information for the metrics.

That said, there’s real value in creating a guide that explains each metric in plain language, with examples and interpretations. Such a resource would make the information more accessible to the average user and help them better understand what the numbers actually mean.

Since you’re already well informed, you wouldn’t be the primary audience for this. The guide would be aimed at users who benefit from additional clarity and context.

To echo @MedTechCD comments, Intervals.icu is evolving so quickly, that the help section is outdated quite quickly. The forums are the best place to ask, as you would get an almost instant response.
