Do you mean the connection check mark disappeared? Please connect again in that case. Data import may take a while to complete though (we take all fit files from the last two years and do extensive analysis including HRV data if recorded).
It looks like we’re hitting our Strava API limits unfortunately. Please try again tomorrow or Sunday (disconnect and re-connect Strava in Apps page). Hopefully the load will be lower then.
The good news is that Strava import can be done any time unlike Garmin where we can only access extensive historical data once
Yes Data Exclusion is taken into account. It automatically re-activates “Use secondary layer of training for digital twin” only if it otherwise can’t accommodate your plan request, for example in terms of volume. Which may be the case since there’s only a few months of running power data after your exclusion. Alternatively you could also use pace based plan.
Integration in ich is ok, ai might be, but how boring do you want to make Indoortraining. Suggestion of aie: do a 2:55 training at 121 Watts without changing anything for all the time.
The instructions are to stay below 121W so if you’re doing that on Zwift or other indoor platform I’d do that as a free ride with that guideline. Once public Zwift API becomes available we’ll likely add some features to add some variation to those rides
it should be loading the historic RHR data too. Send me an email with your account email to markus@aiendurance.com and I can check your account
you need Garmin that logs HRV from an chest strap HRM wrist based optical HR doesn’t work. I think Venu does not have that feature unfortunately, you can see a list of devices that can log in-activity HRV in our FAQ
This is great news! After reading it, I immediately signed up for the trial today.
@Markus_Rummel I might have a similar situation as @Duppie
I have a Garmin Epix (Gen2), and I see resting HR, HRV status (nightly during sleep) and HRV data for workouts from a Polar H10 or OH1 in Garmin Connect.
After connecting to Garmin, it looks like there is no resting HR imported, even though I ticked the “Daily Health stats” box. Is that only for future data and not historic? And I see DFA a1 in imported workouts, but not in the dashboard. But that could of course also be related to “b) we need several days of measurements to establish a reliable trend.”
No worries, let me know in case there’s still something missing. The DFA alpha 1 recovery score should be N/A on days without in-activity HRV data by the way
Perfect, I’ll do. Looks like everything is there, yesterday DFA alpha 1 also showed up, since I did a run earlier, today it’s indeed N/A, since I didn’t run yet.
One more question, since I’m not sure if it’s a bug, or I’m missing something:
As a goal event, I’ve entered a Half-Marathon in 16 weeks on the “Plan” tab.
My digital twin on the “Past Data” tab seems to be training for a Marathon.
What’s the easiest way to get me and my twin on the same page for the event? Update the goal event once more?
