Yes, another AI Coach... Coach Watts

@hdkiller I really like your app. When I first started a training plan I did not consider that it will impact the start of each training week etc. Also when things go different as planned I might prolong a block by a week and thus postpone the recovery week. I am wondering if I have any chance to adjust those things in an existing training plan or do I need to create a new one?

I am not sure if this can be a solution for your issue, but on the training plan page you can edit the structure of the plan. Click on the green icon next to the phase name to open the block editor modal. (For some reason i am unable to post images from mobile)

Great release btw. I think the idea of the AI reporting bugs is really good. I just reported by first one using it (the chat AI went into an infinite loop)

Everything else looks to be working..just the chat bot that is stuck.

I think is related with the infinite loop I reported above. For a brief moment the chat displayed the below and I can see dozens of messages per second that probably started since 3hours ago

Thanks for testing the plan generator!

While you can specify just a single goal, it helps to be as detailed as possible so I don’t miss anything. Once you create a goal, the generator will keep that specific objective “in mind” while building your plan. You can also set up an event preparation goal with one or multiple events; if you do, the generator will make sure to take all those specific dates into consideration!

You can provide custom instructions while generating your plan, or re-plan your week using the “Work with AI” feature, which also lets you add specific notes. If you specify certain requirements there, it might create 2-3 different sessions on the same day for different disciplines, though I haven’t personally tested that yet.

Please let me know your use-cases so I can keep improving it based on your feedback.

Ok I ce created a Plan!
Now ..Is possible to move One session from a day to another from calendar?
And why i don t see Workout on Intervals and Garmin?

On desktop, you can easily drag and drop days to reorder your week. This feature isn’t available on mobile just yet, but stay tuned—it’s coming in the next few days!

To set up your workout structure, just click the “sparks” icon next to the workout, then hit the cloud icon to “upload” it to Intervals.

The reason this requires a couple of steps is twofold: first, I want to make sure your Intervals.icu calendar doesn’t get cluttered with the wrong workouts by mistake. Second, generating the workout structures is “token expensive.” By waiting until you’re happy with the weekly layout, we avoid wasting LLM tokens on structures that might just end up being thrown away.

Sorry, but I don’t understand how to change the date of a workout.
At the moment, maybe I can do it via AI CHAT? Or can I upload them to intervals and then change them from there (for example, a run from Monday to Tuesday), but then Coach Watts can update accordingly? Thanks!

I have tried to create a plan, …but my first acvitity for tomorrow looks…a bit strange (cool down 25 min at 100 %)…

My HRV Is 67 ((value taken from Garmin “Health Snapshot” of 2’ in the morning) but it does not correspond to Rmssd because it is a Garmin 0/100 HRV score and not raw Rmssd data. How do I import HRV4TRAINING data (58rmssd)? Do I change it manually from Intervals? I also think it is important to evaluate Night HRV.

Would it also be possible to integrate with https://fddb.mobi/ ? (nutrition tracker)

@hdkiller would it be possible to rename the chats? I don’t find this option and if we have a few of them it is then difficult to know which one is what. They are all called new chat and only the first one is called Coach Watts

It seems like they don’t have a public API, but I managed to find an exporter. I’ve opened a ticket for it, and while I believe it can be done, it’s unfortunately not that straightforward.At least it’s in the backlog now!

I do know that’s it not optimal but I’ve also started to work on the in app nutrition tracking, since bringing nutrition data onboard from these trackers seems like a PITA.
