when I started a structured workout mid-ride (as opposed to at the beginning of the ride) the compliance calculated at the end was zero, even though I did the workout as planned. I used a Wahoo ELEMNT Roam for doing the workout. Any idea what’s wrong?
It kind of looks like Intervals expects the workout to start at the beginning of a ride and bails when it’s not done like that.
It just checks duration and load. If it is similar enough, they match. If not, you can:
- drag and drop the workout to the activity, so they got matched
- split your activities in warmup, workout, cooldown
- add the “warmup” to your workout
Thanks, the drag&drop works! Now I get over 100% of compliance, as I’d expect. How can I split the activity into phases?
Edit: to clarify, can I do that after the ride in Intervals? Or do you mean I should record three activities while riding?
i know you can crop an actiity, but that’s just crop. You want to split. I am not sure it can be done within intervals itself.
