Newbie question- activity counted twice?

You can drag and drop the workout on the activity. It’s not automatically merged as the load was too different. If it’s nearly the same, it will be merged automatically.

Workout compliance when starting mid-ride

It just checks duration and load. If it is similar enough, they match. If not, you can: drag and drop the workout to the activity, so they got matched split your activities in warmup, workout, cooldown add the “warmup” to your workout

Syncing issue - Planned training didn't overwrite

Probably the load is too different. You can drag and drop the workout to the activity.
