The (i) from the workout builder refers to a very long post. Is there a comprehensive guide just with the actual markup right now?

Just read the first post. It mentions all syntax in a comprehensive way.
Or you use the add step function and look to the syntax afterwards.
A +1 from me for proper documentation of all available workout syntax. The aforementioned thread doesn’t cover a lot of the options that you can self-discover in the workout builder.
