Today I did the planned workout created in the video and will do a continuation one showing how it works in the device, the Garmin Edge 1040 in this case.
Meanwhile a couple of images for comparison.
This image shows how it looks in Garmin connect after completing it. The white line represents the planned workout and the pink one is the actual power output. Notice that in both the warmup and cooldown, Garmin does not support the ramp up in the warmup neither the ramp down in the cooldown that were used in the workout creation:
I did some extra time training at the end that is outside of the workout layout line.
This is how the planned and completed workouts look in Intervals. The blue line shows the planned workout and the purple one is the actual power output. Notice that both the warmup and cooldown ramps are shown:
