Where to start how to learn Intervals.icu

Hello,
Simple question is there an index of posts, articles, videos to learn the tool from the basics to the most advanced?
Is there a YouTube channel with videos somewhere?
If some could give me some pointers, otherwise I will keep exploring and raise any specific questions here.
Example:
1/ How to make a chart for a specific metric? I tried in the Fitness module, but it displays metric only for activities. For example I’d like to plot a metric (e.g. : HRV value) for all measurements made and on X axis the days.
2/ How to create plans for myself and workouts? I can import a workout from a file but are there tricks like editor or workout structure in text?
