What training related apps do you use and for what reason?

Hello,

What apps do you use for your training and for what reason exactly this app? And do you use a membership or do you use it in free mode?

Im using Garmin connect for all activities, and Starva for bike related activities, cause my bosch ebike can only export to starva (and rly few others). And i have no paid plan for strava.

And intervals is the place where all data fuses together.

Im really interessted for other apps and tools to use cause im relativly new to making active sport and messuring it.

And i thank David (i hope i have the name right) for his awesome tool intervals.icu and the awesome people who are using it!

I’ve used icTrainer and Rouvy to mix in some “real”/GPX rides indoor. It makes the indoor training slightly more fun.

I have the Coros and Garmin Connect app but they only serve to get my activities and wellness data to Intervals  . Not using them for anything else.
For indoor rides I use BikeTerra (Virtual rides), Incyclist (RLV) and Auuki (structured training).
Brouter web is my favourite for editing outdoor courses and tracks.
Kubios HRV for morning HRV measurement.
That’s about it, Intervals provides about all the analysis tools you can dream off.

I use Cronometer to track my calories and nutrition, Garmin connect to track my activities and recovery data. I have Alpha HRV on my watch for HRV during training. Before discovering Intervals I kept a big spreadsheet for my training plan but have since moved that to the intervals calendar.
