What contributes to improvements - block reviews?

In Reactive Training Systems free Strength Training app, you can create what they call block reviews based on your past training and your performance during training.

I was wondering if it was possible to do something similar in Intervals.icu - like do a block review of your last training block and see what worked really well for improving eFTP - like you did a lot of base work, or you did some VO2max intervals?

And then compare to other training block you have done - figuring out what kind of work you respond best to?

hello. “Very interesting! The approach of Reactive Training Systems to evaluate training blocks seems very useful for refining programs based on past performance. I wonder if a similar feature could be integrated into Intervals.icu, allowing for a retrospective analysis of training blocks to identify strategies that have contributed most effectively to the improvement of eFTP. This could include examining the amount of base work versus VO2max intervals performed. Comparing different training blocks to see which type of exercise our body responds best to would also be an excellent way to further personalize our training. What do you think?”
