Weight lifted - How to?

I’m curious about how others use this field for weight training.

ie if during my workout I do Squat+BB Press + Deadlifts, what would you put there? total weight * number of reps? but how do you compare if I add kg to deadlift and not squat or vice versa?

Sorry, I can’t see how this field could be beneficial, can someone kindly explain to me a real world usage?

Agree. Total weight lifted is not very useful.

If you register strength workouts with Garmin, this field can be synced with Garmin Connect.
