Understanding my long term progress a little better

I wanted to share one of my favorite charts when I feel like I’m slacking off.

This is a 42 day, 90 day, and 180 day, cumulative KJ chart. Along with Work above FTP done.

When I feel like I’m slacking off or if I’ve lost my snap the last few weeks, I just look at this chart and it really puts a lot into perspective.

Does anyone else use any charts over longer 100+ day ranges? The more I think about training and monitor my progress, I find the typical 4 week training blocks and 42 day calculations of CTL to be really lacking resolution.
