Training prediction & green zone

While I know you can add in future workouts & plan ahead (which is the appeal of intervals.icu for me), is it possible to use these future workouts to predict where the effort will take you on the chart?
Looking at my data I’ve spent a while in the grey zone & want to now model a plan that moves me more into the green zone & wondering if this is possible.

Yes absolutely.

If you add future workouts with associated load and then you look at your fitness chart you will see how it impacts your form chart (high risk, optimal, grey, fresh, transition etc) in the future.
