Why is the load in the activity on Monday put in parentheses and is not included in the weekly calculation?

That’s because it is a Weight training and this type of training is by default configured to only contribute to fatigue and not to aerobic fitness. That’s configured in Settings/Activity Type.
Weight training has very little to no effect for aerobic fitness, but it does add to fatigue and strength.

Thank you. In reality it was a free body exercise activity that strongly stimulates the aerobic component (Tabata). Which is why I have now classified it as “crossfit” and the load calculation is correct and affects the weekly count.
