How can I estimate my Training Load while I am riding on Zwift?
To keep things simple, I usually just ride the same power for x minutes, then turn off ERG and spin until my heart rate drops down.
So if my FTP is 160 and I’m riding 160 for 20 minutes - what does that calc out to?
