Training Load during Zwift rides

Not sure if I categorized this correctly.

I also posted this on Reddit already so if you’re seeing it twice, sorry.

How can I estimate my Training Load while I am riding on Zwift?

To keep things simple, I usually just ride the same power for x minutes, then turn off ERG and spin until my heart rate drops down.

So if my FTP is 160 and I’m riding 160 for 20 minutes - what does that calc out to?

Load for 1 hour is 100 if you ride at 100% of FTP.
So 20-mins load should 33.3 (rounded to 33).

How long at you riding for after your 20-mins, and sr what power?
