Trainerday or Intervals FTP?

Hey there. I did the TrainerDay ramp test this morning and based on the results TrainerDay calculated my FTP of 283w. When the workout uploaded to Intervals, Intervals calculated 271.

Which do we think is more accurate?

Trainerday uses the 0.75 of your average power for the final 1 minute. Unless David has changed this, Intervals uses the best 3 minutes to estimate your FTP (see the link below to a post by David).

It is as @Gerald says. Intervals.icu doesn’t interpret a ramp test specially so you should go with the TrainerDay estimate.
