Hi everyone,
I’m new to Intervals.icu and I can’t seem to find a clear answer to my question.
I don’t use a power meter outdoors and I mainly train based on heart rate. On my Wahoo I have a field that shows target HR. As far as I understand, that should display the heart rate I need to maintain for a certain duration. However, during my workout that field stays empty.
Is there a way to fix this? Do I need to structure or write my workout differently?
Warmup
-15m 73–80% (128–141bpm)
Main set 4x
-10m 85–90% (150–158bpm)
-5m 78% (137bpm) recovery
Cooldown
-15m 68–75% (120–132bpm)
