Hi! Someone has some more experience with building/planning a swim workout in Intervals for using it on a Garmin watch.
This is the workout note
Warm Up:
1 x (100 FS in Z2 + 100 Kick in Z2 + 20 secs rest),
1 x (100 Drill* in Z2 + 100 Pull in Z2 + 20 secs rest).
Main Set:
4 x (50 FS in Z2 + 50 FS in Z3 + 20 sec rests),
4 x (50 Pull in Z2 + 50 Pull in Z4 + 20 sec rests),
4 x (50 FS in Z2 + 50 FS in Z5 + 30 sec rests).
Warm Down:
2 x (50 FS in Z2 + 50 Choice in Z2).

Issues I find
- Garmin is skipping the last rest in a repeat stap
- It seems I can’t activate drill mode, like I can in the Garmin builder
- The "- Rest 30s 0% Pace " is not activating the “rest mode” when using the workout on the Garmin watch.
