Sure, that makes sense when you’re building workouts to put in the workout library, but most of my workouts are one-offs or coming from some other source, like Runna (as I explained in my original post). For that use case, I would like to remove the step of having to convert the specific pace or speed I want into a percentage of pace.

Sorry for reopening this. I have been using Intervals during the winter for bike but now starting running.
I dont get this. Even if I do as instructed, it still shows watts and only the km’s in my Garmin so I do not know how fast to run.
