Thanks for posting James. Indoor riding/training/racing certainly makes that info more obvious for sure. Completely identified with all of that. Of course everyone is always so different, and depending how long yourve be riding for coupled with what your body has been accustomed to handle always dictates the strain response. For me my biggest signature response is heat, give me 35c and I wont last long and will be useless for days in recovery, give me 14c and i can burn all day long
