Splits for Runs

Hello,

Does anyone know of a way to automatically have runs show 1k splits? E.g. 0-1k, 1k-2k etc.

I have laps set up on my Garmin, and it shows up on Connect.

Every time I try to enter splits/laps based on previous advice on these forums it puts the splits in random places.

Under settings >> run settings enable “Use laps for intervals” and re-analyse the workout.

Sorry could you send me a screenshot the “run settings” please.

All I can see on my screen is the below:

Scroll down further and there is a checkbox. Maybe need to set an FTP value first.

indeed, you need to set youre powerzones.

Also if you have one one interval covering the whole run you can split it into equal intervals of 1km (or whatever time/distance split you want)

Click on the interval label to bring up the selection box
