[Solved] Wrong intensity and load?

Hey, just started using intervals.icu for my training.

My two most recent training sessions show a much lower intensity% and load compared to my previous ones, even though the latest sessions were longer and had a higher heart rate. Thanks for any tips on how I could fix this.




Which HR model are you using?

If you are using HRSS, then check the restingHR for that day. If a bogus value came in that is way too high, the HR load calculation will be off.

Thanks, that solved it! I used HRSS but only use my heart rate monitor during training, so my resting hr was 140.
