Why is my W’bal so negative - is it simply because I crushed out a new eFTP and therefore the CP is thrown out of whack?

If that is the case, is it possible to have intervals.icu retroactively (or maybe the better term is PROactively) update my FTP & CP for that activity (and subsequent activities)?

Right now, you have to update it manually. I belive it’s in the TODO list.
