Everything was working well until yesterday, now everytime I open my home I get this error message:
Also tried to reset the connection in settings yet the error is persistent, not sure what is causing it but the Polar API seems unreachable.

I found where it is in Polar settings . . . Srava has a reconnect option but Intervals does not. I have not looked at that page for so long I dont know if that’s normal
Logged in on a different computer . . . I’m getting the error fetching activities from Polar message but my last two missing activities are now here and when I returned to my other computer it’s good there as well.
Polar shows I’m disconnected and there’s no option to connect
As mentioned by Polar in the status page you should give confirmation to the new data notice, after that a re-sync should suffice.
Ive read the terms of use that were recently updated but I cannot find any way give confirmation to it. It was last synced just minutes ago
These are the only notifications I have received . . .
Can only be done from the app AFAIK.
[SOLVED] Disconnecting Polar in the Intervals setting and reconnecting to Polar through Intervals settings solved it. Disconnecting from withing Polar does not do anything. Nothing I did in the Polar android app worked, I did it on my desktop computer as I dont have Intervals.icu app.
Hi John,
How did you “Disconnect Polar in the intervals settings”? I think I’m in a similar situation (no “reconnect” button in the Polar settings for intervals.icu), but on the intervals.icu I don’t have a disconnect option.
When I click on the import button i only receive this error
{"status":500,"error":"org.codejargon.fluentjdbc.api.FluentJdbcSqlException: Error running query, update athlete set polar_access_token = ?, polar_access_token_expires_at = ?, polar_scope = ?, polar_user_id = ? where id = ?"}
Did you try to disconnect intervals in the Polar Flow account?
as a matter of fact i did. the problem is there is no connect button now, only the date i disconnected
I think you must first click the Checkbox Download Activities (“Scarica attività ”) to do a reconnect. I thought I did it that way.
That’s where the json error appears from ( {"status":500,"error":"org.codejargon.fluentjdbc.api.FluentJdbcSqlException: Error running query, update athlete set polar_access_token = ?, polar_access_token_expires_at = ?, polar_scope = ?, polar_user_id = ? where id = ?"})
There is a disconnect button below, if you are connected.
But it seems you are in a state, where you can’t disconnect and can’t reconnect. I think only @david can help in this case.
@david is there a way to solve this? My activities are currently imported from Strava but I wish to detach from them since they are very bullyish with “my data”
thanks in advance ![]()
Did you fix this yet? I did not get any notification that this thread was still active. I dont use the app, just the web page. I just had to disconnect in BOTH Polar and Intervals then reconnect from Intervals
This is what the Polar page looks like . . .
No, I tried multiple times but with no success.
From tue Polar UI I can’t reconnect, and from Intervals it doesn’t even know I was connected before.
I contacted Polar support and they said the API calls look alright from their side
Frustrating. Can you try it with a different device/computer?
Both polar and intervals i tried from phone and pc. It looks like the api call gets rejected but it’s not related to where i try to import from
Open a new dummy profile/accnt and see if it works if you have the time (?)
I did not get that error message until I deleted the connection from Polar I think the issue was that Intervals was downloading my data but just not showing it to me as the default date range was wrong so I was struggling with the wrong issue and it took a few days to figure it out.
