[SOLVED] Error fetching activities from Polar

Hey @Hiker_John - I also tried that and created a new profile, but the error stays the same :woman_shrugging:. No idea honestly

This is the profile i re-tried the operations. I also disconnected intervals from Strava in case it was some issue with their data sharing policies

That’s crazy . . . I was about to switch to TrainingPeaks before mine started working again. Doing that would at least prove it was an Intervals bug and not Polar bug

And to be sure, you accepted their new terms of use?

Both Alberto and I emailed Polar and they said all was good on their end. I asked in my email if accepting their terms was the issue and they said I had already done that. It’s hard to find a way to check that as they stick it in your face until you do it. If it works with other sites like Strava but not Intervals I find it hard to think that might be the issue.

I disabled mine and enabled it again. No issues herewith my account.

You see if you accepted the terms of use by visiting Polar Authorization in the browser. If accepted nothing will prompt. If not, it’s prompted and asks to accept (I’ve tried it with an old account)

I see no prompts, so I guess I accepted them before
