Quick question. I link my account to Trainer Road, it populates the calendar with upcoming workouts. I did a workout today that had a TSS of 54, Ive done the workout, it had a score of 54 when I finished, yet the compliance is only showing 71%? Am I missing something? I’ve noticed it happens randomly but only very occasionally on other workouts too. I completed todays workout as per TrainerRoad, correct watts (erg mode) etc so I cant see why it would be 29% incorrect?
All should be using power. Power is set to be the one to calculate in intervals, and TrainerRoad (or zwift in this case sent the workout across with full power data. It says 54 TSS on each platform.
Those are the 2 screenshots. Both show a load of 54. Yet it shows a compliance of 71%. I did the workout exactly as its set, Intervals gets its data from Zwift and Garmin ( I do my TrainerRoad workouts in Zwift)
That’s the screenshot from the TrainerRoad workout. We need to see how it is interpreted in Intervals to get a clue on what went wrong. Click on the part highlighted in Tom’s screenshot to open this:
I think I may have figured it out… So I removed the workout from the Intervals workout (dragged it off to the following day) and on the intervals tab it says “Freeborn” (you can see it above the highlighted section). Looking in TrainerRoad, Freeborn is a 2h workout with a TSS of 76, the workout i did, Tomyhoi, is 56 which is about 71% of Freeborn. So I think it my juggling about my workouts that week meant that somehow Freeborn has remained associated with the workout I completed , and it thinks (correctly) I only completed 72% of it. Re-associating Tomyhoi with the finished workout has now moved it to 100% compliance.
Thanks for all your replies
Also, clicking on the highlighted part only took me to the completed file, not the actual TR workout details. I only import calendar information to Intervals.
