Good luck for the after effect I’m usually getting huge mood variation after this much fatigue.
2nd 340km trail race in 4 months left me a little fatigued

Any tips on recovery after such arduous efforts ?
Sleep well, eat well and start moving again at low intensity when you feel refreshed.
Prioritize recovery for about a week to really reload.
