Set weekly goal in terms of kilometers

Hi,

It is possible to set a weekly goal in the /activites pages. ?

Thanks

Distance is not a very good metric for goals. Too much influenced by gradient, form, wind…
It’s better to use time. Plan your workouts and add duration and/or Load…

Not at the moment. This has come up a few times (specify simple plan in hours or training load per week) and is on the todo list.

Now you need to add some planned workouts to each week to make up the total you are aiming at.

Totally agree with you load is a better metrics !

But this year I have a very weird goal, if I can reach 10K of ride …

Awesome David !

I’d also like this to be a feature, I used this feature on Strava but not premium anymore there so would like to have a new place to track my yearly / weekly goals.

This did get done:

@david Disregard my previous comment. apparently you can click on the week in the Activities page. Never knew this was a thing.

Is there however also a way to set it for the whole year for each week? On average I want to bike lets say 150km each week, so I would like to set this as the baseline (times 52) and adjust where necessary.

Not yet. That would need to fit into some kind of plan generator (3 weeks on, 1 week rest, load per week or hours with ramp rate etc.).
