Running efficiency

Everyday I learn something new about the abilities of intervals.icu. One thing that I would like to track, which I can’t seem to find, is an efficiency metric for running.

Either GAP / hr or GAP / hr in z2 on the fitness page. I now do have a graph of pace / hr, but it’s less clear to me when you progress, as the dates are not included.
