Run zones vs cycle zones

So ive had my lactate test done for cycling and my Lt1 HR is 147 and my LT2 is 175 in cycling.Ive tried to replicate this is running but my running has stagnated so much since i adopted this. Typically is running LT1 and LT2 higher than cycling ?

Yes. Running heart-rate thresholds are usually 5–10 bpm higher than cycling, maybe sometimes even more.

Running uses more muscle mass, and your whole body, while Cycling is seated.

I’d be careful about transferring the cycling lactate thresholds directly to running. Even in the same athlete, heart-rate response and the relationship between HR, lactate and sustainable intensity can differ quite a lot between cycling and running because the muscular and mechanical demands are different.

If your running has stagnated since you started using the cycling thresholds, I’d take that as a good reason to reassess the run zones independently rather than assuming the same HR boundaries apply to both sports.

You don’t necessarily need a laboratory test straight away. A combination of recent running performances, sustained efforts and how HR behaves during those efforts can already give you useful information to check whether the current zones make sense.
