Race period training

Hi,
any suggestions how to train between races to maintain fitness?
In just 2 weeks including recovery and tapering there is not much time for building or peaking. My race schedule looks like this.

Week 27, Sprint triathlon - went OK
Wk 28, Olympic - underperformed
Wk 29, ???
Wk 30 - 1/2 IM, A-race
Wk 32 - MTB race 90K, not so important

You can’t build fitness in that short period of time and still arrive fresh for your races. From a maintenance perspective I would be keeping the volume up and sprinkling in some intensity as you see fit to ensure your legs are feeling good. Main focus in this period should be getting enough recovery between events and taking a minimum viable dose approach to training.
