If it comes to training plans, honestly intervals is not the best source for searching (custom) plans. There are some, but I really never used that function. You can look yourself if it’s helpful.
But where intervals is the best (imo), to track your progress, how compliant you are with your plan, also pushing workouts to your integrations, analysing activities and so on.
So if you need a custom training plan, pheew I would say you need to look somewhere else. You can also look in the apps and connection tab on the settings page for integrations. There are some which generate plans. There are also some AI apps which may be generating triathlon plans.
I have to swim 1500m, cycle 40k, and run 10k. My specific question is whether the intervals.icu platform can create a suggested training plan for a race, since I’ve already uploaded all my Garmin metrics.
