I’ve watched some youtube videos (Friel, FFT) and read some books and in almost all of them trainers refer to base, polarized, threshold and HIIT training. In Intervals there’s also Pyramidal training (in which it occurs i’m training the most:) (by bike, running - it appears that i’m training almost all weeks in threshold (i really don’t like slow running:) Where can i read about pyramidal training and is it better than polarized and others?
