Hi guys. I currently use hiking load in my fitness/fatigue chart based on pace zones (threshold 14:00 /km). While for most activities it gives a decent score , there are a few activities that give me absurd numbers (1000+) , is there a way to get a more accurate training load based on pace zones for hiking and even walking ? My watch HR sensor is inaccurate and until I get a new one I need to survive on activities based on pace… Thanks!
