Optimal heart rate for Zone 2 running

Hi, I’m focusing on Zone 2 training (heart rate 127–141 bpm) for endurance running. Should I aim for the lower end (~127 bpm), middle (~134 bpm), or higher end (~141 bpm) to maximize aerobic benefits, or does it matter as long as I stay in the range? How does this choice affect endurance and performance (e.g., for a marathon)?

Avoid focusing on one specific range. Use the entire range, because that’s what you’ll do when running in a group.
